I rarely do reviews but Dr. Bruner SERIOUSLY deserves 1000000 stars. I got braces when his practice was in both Redmond locations. That was about 6 years ago and I had braces for almost 3 years. Every time I went for an appointment the staff was so accommodating to my extreme anxiety and always made me feel at ease. I returned today to his newer location in Redmond to get a new retainer and I come to find out he was no longer at the practice that literally still has his NAME on itβ¦ to say I was heartbroken is an understatement. Then finding out the βwhy and howβ it happened caused me to immediately drop the βRoos Orthodonticsβ that took over his practice. They essentially stole the solid 5 star rating Dr. Bruner and his wonderful staff had built up for years and called it theirs. So shameful of them. This is a hill I would 100% die on. Dr. Bruner is so absolutely beyond amazing and deserves his solid 5 star rating again!!!!!βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

As someone who is a dentist, finding the right orthodontist is so important. Any orthodontist can make your smile look good, but not just any orthodontist can get your bite right. If you are a parent and wondering which orthodontist you can trust for the absolute best result for your child, it is Dr. Bruner and Dr. Helgen. I have seen so much work done by many different orthodontists and these two blow any other orthodontist out of the water. Not only will they get it done well, they also have the best hearts for people. I am passionate about this because too many people have teeth that are not set up right that cause TMJ problems, airway issues, grinding away tooth leading to more dental work. Much of this can be avoided by having the right orthodontic treatment. Thank you to Dr. Bruner and Dr. Helgen for taking such great care of my patients and always going the extra mile to perfect every mouth. If you need an orthodontist and live far away from here, I promise you these guys are well worth the drive!
